This 182 m² holiday home is spread across three fully air-conditioned floors. The ground floor features a bright living room connected to a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is also a convenient separate toilet on the ground floor. The first floor includes two comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The second floor offers additional accommodation with two double bedrooms and a bathroom located in the hallway.
Funtana is renowned for its authentic atmosphere, rich culinary offerings, and proximity to popular Istrian destinations like Poreč and Vrsar. This charming fishing village offers coastal cycling and walking trails, crystal-clear waters, and local restaurants serving Istrian specialties. Casa Levant is the perfect base for exploring the beauty of Istria and enjoying a relaxing vacation.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, aber dennoch nah zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Strand. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Der Pool war unser absolutes Highlight – jeden Morgen und Abend eine Erfrischung, umgeben von einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Auch die Außenanlage ist liebevoll gestaltet und bietet viele Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, falls wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Haus bietet genug Platz für 8 Personen, war sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet, leider ist der Kühlschrank und das Gefrierfach für 8 Personen zu klein. Ein Strand ist ca. 700 Meter entfernt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank.
